Ingredients - 12 servings:1 lb chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1½ tsp. Chile pepper
1 tsp paprika
1tsp oregano leaves
1 tsp garlic salt
½ tsp ground cumin
2 tsp brown sugar
Canola spray
Sauce:
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp brown sugar
¼ Worcestershire sauce
3-4 drops of Tabasco
Cut chicken into 1-inch wide strips. Combine seasoning and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well. Evenly rub each chicken strip with seasoning mixture until completely coated. Thread the chicken onto metal skewers. Spray each strip thoroughly with nonstick canola cooking spray. Grill over medium heat or broil 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with sauce.
